Kravis Center Presents 3 National Headliners

The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is celebrating its 20 years in downtown West Palm Beach by staging three national acts that are guaranteed to be memorable events for the entire family.

Just a short walk from The Montecito, the Kravis Center will first feature the Grammy-nominated artist, Matisyahu. The Hasidic Jewish musician was once named The Top Reggae Artist by Billboard Magazine and he has appeared on numerous TV shows including The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The David Letterman Show. His song "One Day" was featured by NBC during the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Matisyahu has toured the U.S., Canada, Europe and Israel and now he is gracing West Palm Beach with his very original style of inspirational funk.

When you buy a condo in 610 Clematis, you are in the perfect location to enjoy live bands at Respectable Street Café, as well National Acts at the Kravis Center. Renting or buying a condo in CityPlace Courtyards put you just steps away from walking to dinner at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and then strolling down the block to the Kravis Center for an incredible world-class performance.

The follow night the Kravis Center will be filled with howling laughter from the comedy performance of The Second City's Improv All-Stars. For over 50 years, these brilliant comedians have taken the stage under the bright lights with no script and they create hilarious situations and dialogue using only suggestions from the audience.

The talented performers you see today might become the superstars of tomorrow. Alumni of The Second City include Joan Rivers, Bill Murray, Mike Myers, Chris Farley, Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert, and Tina Fey. Take the five minute walk from your luxury condo in The Metropolitan to enjoy the show.

The third big performance is BLAST! BLAST! is a past winner of the Tony Award for Best Special Theatrical Event, as well as a past winner of an Emmy Award for Best Choreography. This show is mostly likely something you have never before witnessed. It is a combination of 35 brass musicians and drummers with visual performers entertaining you with music and theater. The music spans the genres of rock n roll, jazz, classical, blues and techno-pop.

You don't necessarily need to travel to Miami for world class entertainment. When you buy a condo in downtown West Palm Beach, the world's entertainment comes to you. These three events represent the eclectic and vibrant tastes of the Kravis Center. You can enjoy all of this without ever fighting traffic or paying for parking when you live in a downtown condominium.
